Description

Days Inn & Conference Centre is located at 50 North St., Bridgewater, NS B4V 2V6. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Cooks. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

Position: Cook
Wage: CAD$13.73/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 35~40 hrs/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook various appetizers and main dishes including fried chickens in different sauces, Bulgogi, pork & veggie stir fries, and other dishes on the menus;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operation;
• Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience.
