As a Distribution Supervisor (Noc Code 1215), you will perform all or some of the following duties:

• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports,
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Resolve work related problems
• Recruit and hire staff
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Arrange training for staff
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work, Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
• Supervise transportation route and crew schedulers, Dispatchers, and radio operators
• Maintaining a safe work environment to enforce health and safety policies and regulations in the workplace

Education Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Terms of employment: Full Time / Permanent (35 to 40 hours / week)

Compensation: CAD $28 /hour
