Family Caregiver-Elderly

Looking for a reliable, dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy Caregiver. It’s going to be a Full Time permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours a week and a salary of 16.50 per hour.

Work Setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Ensure the client’s safety .
2. Accompany him to his doctor’s appointment.
3. Prepare nutritious and healthy meals.
4. Provide companionship and emotional support.
5. Accompany him on errands like grocery shopping, going for a walk, and light exercises.
6. Reminds him of his medication.
7. Launder clothing and household linens.
8. Assume full responsibility in the household (in the absence of householder)
9. Perform light housekeeping
10: Provide personal care ,
11: Assist him with bathing, and other aspects of personal care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Language: English

Education: High School Graduate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or Caregiver Certificate

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Reference required

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Sitting, Repetitive tasks, Walking
