We are currently looking to hire one (1) full-time (35-40 hours per week) Food & Beverage Service Supervisor to our Scarborough location. The Food & Beverage Service Supervisor will be primarily responsible for opening and closing procedures, inventory management, as well as coordination and supervision of activities of personnel at the Bubble Tea shop.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Coordinate, supervise, mentor and train the servers

-Create work schedules for employees

-Conduct stock counts, inventory control, and cash count

-Prepare and submit reports

-Implement  the shift plan and ensuring a smooth production

-Ensure health, safety and security codes are met and followed

Requirements:

– Completion of Secondary school
– A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is preferred
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise, train and motivate staff
-Team player

Available positions: One (1)
