Food Service Supervisor

Description

Booster Juice, located in Toronto Pearson Airport, is seeking a
Full Time Permanent Food Service Supervisor to perform the
following duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and
portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,
Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of
stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports,
Establish work schedules, Establish methods to meet work
schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety
procedures, and Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

Salary:
$15/hour, 36-40 hours/week

Job requirements:
Languages – English

Education – College/CEGEP

Experience – 1 year
