J. Sun Food Corporation dba Baik Mi Korean Restaurant is looking for a full-time Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6311)

Job Duties:

– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

– Establish work schedules

– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

– Ensure food service and quality control

– Address customers’ complaints or concerns

– Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

– Hire food service staff

Skills Requirements:

– 1 to 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry

– Completion of high school

– Basic English
