Job Requirements

– Education: Completion of Secondary (high) school or equivalent experience
– Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience
– Personal Suitability: Team player, Flexibility
– Language of work: English

Job Duties

– Maintain inventory and records of supplies and equipment
– Order ingredients, supplies and equipment
– Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately
– Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line
– Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
– Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as instructed
– Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment (kitchen, work and service area)
