Meat cutter

Description

San You Food (0979136 B.C. Ltd.), located at 102 – 11786 River Rd, Richmond, BC, is looking to hire a meat cutter (NOC 6331):

Job Duties:

• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Grind meats and remove bones from meat
• Perform special order requests
• Wrap and package prepared meats
• Maintain and clean equipment and work space

Employment Requirements

• Completion of secondary school
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Salary: $17/hour, 35-40 hours per week

Language: English

Location: Richmond, BC
