CAMA Woodlands is a not for profit long term care home looking for compassionate and enthusiastic PSWs to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS:
o HCA/PSW/Restorative Certificate
o Must be able and willing to do all the duties of the above position
o Knowledgeable of the Residents Bill of Rights
o Knowledgeable of the needs of residents and how to meet these
o Able to work independently and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, residents, families and staff
o Self directed and able to organize workload
o Good verbal and written communication skills
o Good attendance record
o Knowledgeable and supportive of the Administration and the Policies and Procedures of CAMA Woodlands, the Ministry Of Health, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
o Able to work all shifts as assigned
