Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Wage: CAD$19.25/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~ 40 hrs/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate staffs;
• Assign staff to duties and set work schedules and shifts;
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise;
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock;
• Order merchandise low in stock;
• Keep sales records for inventory control;
• Handle customer complaints, issues and questions;
• Train staff and monitor work performance;
• Monitor displays, signage and general appearance of stores and ensure products are in clean conditions.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
