Salary: $44.62/hr     35hr/wk

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments;
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, adjust goals as needed and organize sales operations;
• Develop individual quotas and assign team members;
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts;
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members;
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions;
• Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales;
• Determine strategic planning related to new product;
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients;
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses o the sales team and manager the sales accordingly;

Employment requirements

• At least 5 years proven experience in sales;
• 2-3 years of experience as sales manager;
• Experience in assessing risk, mitigating risk, contract review in banks or financial institutions;
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas;
• Business discipline with customer service experience
• Knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures;
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations of governmental accounting budgeting;
• Must be able to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, motivate others, drive purposeful change, and build effective relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has management skills or train skills
• Developing budgets
• Mentoring and coaching sales reps
