Salary/Benefits : 16.50 Hourly, 40 hours weekly, vacation and sick leaves

Job Description

• Plan and direct food preparation, Cooking activites
• Plan Menus and ensure quality standards
• Estimate food requirements and lbour costs, may prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
• Creating new recipes
• Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise kitchen staff and discuss any issues with management
• Ensure staff members observe the rules and policies of the company
• May perform tasks as assigned by management

Job Skills

• No minimum education is required, experience is an asset
• English communication skills
