We have an opening for Supervisor, food services for our restaurant Tim Hortons (201887 Ontario Inc.) located at 3049 Jefferson Drive, Brockville, ON K6V 6N7. Position: Supervisor, Food Services (NOC Code 6311)

Job Duties:

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Prepare and submit reports
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Fast-paced environment
• Execute seamless shift changeovers
• Maintain operational efficiency, with the use of positioning charts and shift flowcharts
• Properly follow and rectify any customer issues on a timely basis, and in a professional manner. Make it right and correct the issue to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicate issues to store manager in a timely manner.

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months experience

Hourly Rate: CAD $15.90 per Hour for 35 to 40 Hours per week  

Starting Date: As soon as possible  

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
