Description

This group performs some or all of the following duties:

• Establishing work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of security guards

• Ensure smooth operation during the shift including patrolling

• Training and hiring security guards and explaining the safety procedures

• Assigning the work and schedules to security guards

• Attending and resolving the complaints of the clients and staff

• Prepare or review reports prepared by security guards

• Handle emergency situations
