Position:

We are looking to add a Department Store Supervisor to our team! The Department Store Supervisor will work towards creating an impact on sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers such as cashiers, grocery clerks and shelf stockers.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Establish work schedules

Qualifications

• 3 years to less than 5 years
• Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty.
• Create a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging colleagues.
