Children’s Ages: Infant (3 months – 11 months), Toddler to pre-school (1 – 3 years)

Specific Skills:
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Prepare infants and children for rest periods, Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infants, Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Supervise and care for children

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Work Setting: Employer’s home, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
