The Job!
In this job you will perform the following tasks in addition to other related duties:
- Perform basic PC and peripheral repairs
- Perform refresh of laptop loaners
- Perform inventory/parts processes
- Perform PC/laptop builds
- Maintain appropriate documentation within the Incident system as determined through periodic ticket quality reviews
- Perform basic printer troubleshooting
- Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting
- Perform basic software installation processes
- Follow standard operating processes for routine situations and asks for guidance in new or unusual situations
- Perform basic setup and support for Audio Video / Video conference needs (in specific locations)
- Perform training room setup and support
- Being responsible for project participation including system upgrades
- Being responsible for learning and utilising new systems
What you bring to the job
To be successful, you will come with:
- Minimum 2 years of deskside support
- Sharp, bright, proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong logical skills.
- Strong IT support skills
- Impeccable attendance and punctuality.
