Poke & Co in Coquitlam, BC has openings for experienced Cooks.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and is available to start immediately.

Location: 2929 Barnet Hwy, Coquitlam, BC

Job type: Full-time, permanent
Wage: $15 – $19, depending on experience

Qualifications
– Minimum Education: Completion of Secondary School
– Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years of commercial cook experience
– Language: Able to communicate in English
– Able to work evening or weekends as necessary

Responsibilities
– Prepare Japanese style dishes
– Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards
– Establish size of food portions, food requirements and costs

– Monitor and order supplies
– Able to maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies and utensils
– Thorough understanding of clean kitchen and work area
– Manage kitchen operations
