Specific Skills

• Assign duties to sales workers and prepare their schedule
• Authorize payments by cheque, and return of merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters and report to store manager
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and resolve them
• Organize and maintain inventory of the store
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of other workers
