Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the related field

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Attention to detail

Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Accurate, Client focus, Reliability, Flexibility, Organized, Excellent oral communication

Specific Skills

• Assign sales workers to duties,
• Authorize payments by cheque,
• Authorize return of merchandise,
• Sell merchandise,
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters,
• Organize and maintain inventory,
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Additional Skills: Order merchandise,
• Establish work schedules
