Lakeview Restaurant is located at 150 Esplanade Ave. (PO Box 68), Harrison Hot Springs, BC V0M 1K0. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Cooks. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

Position: Cook
Wage: CAD$17.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 35~ 40 hrs/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work, Tips

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook various food items including steaks, ribs, chicken & seafood dishes, teriyaki, pork cutlet , fish & chips, salads, soups, and other items in the menu;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operation;
• Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience;
• Completion of secondary school.
