Child Caregiver – Private Home

Description

Full time caregiver needed to care for toddler (3 years old) and infant in private home. Primary responsibilities include caring for children (feeding, changing, bathing, taking to and from school/activities, preparing nutritious meals and maintaining a safe and healthy environment etc.). Prioirty is the care and development of children but light housekeeping and meal preparation are also required. Qualifications required include highschool diploma or equivalent, formal childcare, CPR & First aid training and 1-2  years of relevant childcare experience. Salary for position is $14/hour for 44 hours /week (plus overtime pay where applicable). Work Setting: Work to be completed in employer’s home. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: this is NOT a condition of employment.
