Anyone who can legally work in Canada can apply for this job. This position is to fill a vacancy in our Vauxhall office.
This is a full time position 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Candidate will be required to have Effective Inter Personal skills, be a Team Player. Dependable. Excellent written and oral skills. Accurate,. Organized. Show Good Judgment, Flexibility and Reliability.
Previous experience with Accounting software such as AACPAC, Quick Books, Simply Accounting, Caseware/Caseview, Microsoft Office Tools
Specific skills include Posting Journal Entries, Maintaining General Ledgers and Financial statements. Preparation of Trial Balance of books, Calculate fixed assets and Depreciation. Preparation of Income Tax Returns, establish balance and maintain various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Reconcile accounts and prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, tight deadlines attention to detail and overtime required during Tax season.
