Italian Farmhouse Restaurant is located at 20 Balsam Ave., Bragg Creek, AB T0L 0K0. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Baker. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

Position: Baker
Wage: CAD$19.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week

Job Duties:
• Prepare dough, mixtures, and icing & frostings for various baked & dessert items including bread, pizza, tiramisu, pate di ciccolato, cheese & chocolate cakes, flans, etc on the recipes;
• Cut, shape and bake dough and mixtures;
• Frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods;
• Prepare production schedules to determine right quantities and types of goods to produce;
• Maintain and requisition baking supplies and materials;
• Ensure quality of goods meets the restaurant’s standards;
• Train staff.

Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers or completion of a college or other program for bakers or 2-3 years of commercial baking experience
