We are looking for well experienced Bookkeeper for “The Daily Seafood Inc” located at 135 Blake St Toronto ON M4J 3E2 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers, Post journal entries.
• Match purchase orders with invoices
• Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management, keep financial records and establish accounts.
• Prepare other statistical, monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
• Develop monthly and yearly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes.
• Maintains clients’ files using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Prerequisites:

Education: College, CEGEP or diploma from 1 to 2-year program or
equivalent
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English

Hourly Rate: $22.50 to $23.50 per Hour for 35 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
