JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Language: English

Education: secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Security and safety: Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Specific Skills: provide advice about merchandise, prepare merchandise for rental or lease;prepare sales,rental or leasing contracts and accept cash,cheque,credit card or automatic debit payment; greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise of services sought for rental or lease; Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce; estimate or quote prices,credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates; suggestive selling skills is an asset.Process transactions efficiently and accurately; Provide excellent customer service; computer skills and typing speed is required; taking phone calls and making reservations; handling customer complaints; visual inspection of the vehicle upon return; closing the rental contracts in a proper manor. training provided
