Ebisu Sushi Japanese Restaurant in Abbotsford, BC is looking for experienced Cooks.

The position is a permanent, full-time position with minimum 40 hours per week.

Experience and Qualifications

• Completion of Secondary School

• Minimum 3 years of Cook work experience

• Ability to communicate in English

• Willing to work night and weekend shifts on a regular basis

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Japanese meals and dishes

• Plan and develop menus according to customer demands and feedbacks

• Determine size of food and portions

• Estimate food requirements and costs

• Order kitchen supplies and equipment as necessary

• Manage overall kitchen operations

• Inspect kitchen and food service areas

• Clean kitchen and work areas

Work Location – 2596 McMillan Rd, Abbotsford, BC

Compensation – $15-20 per hour, depending on experience
