Electrical Estimator – Construction

Description

Main Duties are:
* Prepare complete electrical working drawings, review and check all tender drawings, specification and addendum
* Attend coordination meetings with other trade, implementation of electrical plans, construction schedule
* Prepare estimate costs of materials, labour and equipment for tender
* Manage and coordinate electrical projects and prepare construction progress schedule
* Prepare proposals and assist in securing electrical business
* Calculate take-offs from drawings, specification and all addendum
* Estimate pre-contract costs, utilize quantity take-off procedures, advise on tendering procedures, analyze tenders and recommend awards.

Salary offered: Salary $33.00 / hour; overtime pay of 49.50/hour after 44 hours
