Ethnic Food Cook (2 nos.)

Description

Duties:

Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items of the Chinese cuisine; Plan menus for take-out, dine-in and catering lines of business; Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, Wok, etc.); Work with minimal supervision; Determine size of food portions; Supervise kitchen staff and helpers; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of foods; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Clean kitchen and work areas.

Education:                              High school

Experience:                            2+ years as Chinese Cook
