Job Description

Maintain quality control and production records; Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers; Develop work schedules and establish procedures; Supervise and oversee growing and other crop related operations; Supervise maintenance related activities; Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.

Skills and Requirements:

Must be able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, physically demanding work involving lifting & carrying. College Certificate preferred.

Farm experience 1 to 2 years would be an asset.
