Location:Sapphire Drive Pickering Ontario L1X-0G6

Work Experience: 1 year childcare

Education: Secondary School plus CPR or First Aid

Shift: 8AM – 5PM (40 hours per week)

Skills Required:

Supervise & care for 2 children (3 and 2 years old) in employer’s residence; bathe, dress and feed children; prepare formulas and change diapers for baby; plan, prepare and serve meals; light housekeeping, laundry, oversee children activities, such as meals, play time, rest periods, as instructed by employer; maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home; instruct children in personal hygiene; tend to the emotional well-being of children and support social development; discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents; organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings; Shopping for groceries and household supplies. Good communication and decision making abilities are essential. Must be flexible.

Salary: $17.00 per hour. Overtime pay at 1.5 times employee's regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends
