Personal Care Attendant – Home Care

Description

Duties:

·         Provide care and companionship to senior couple at home during day;

·         Administer bedside & personal care such as aid in personal hygiene, and dressing and undressing;

·         Plan and prepare meals for the seniors;

·         Feed or assist in feeding the seniors;

·         Perform routine health-related duties such as assistance in the administration of medications;

·         Perform any health-related duties under the general direction of a qualified nurse, as necessary;

·         Perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, washing dishes and making beds for the senior.

Work Setting:                                          Employer's home, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.

Education:                                               Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:                                             1 year or more

Languages:                                              Punjabi
