Pizza Station is a New York style pizzeria with more than 15 years of experience in satisfying pizza lovers all over the world. Pizza Station has been a recognized name outside of Canada until 2018, where it opened it’s first shop in port moody in the Metro Vancouver area.

We are looking for an enthusiast hand-stretched pizza cook who knows how to cook pizza with love. We are looking for a hardcore Pizza cook who can prepare and bake Pizza with creativity.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare the pizza dough from scratch.
– Make Pizza with the hand stretching method.
– To be able to cater to different customer diet needs and cook unique recipes if needed.
– Looking after kitchen operations and manage the stock of ingredients.
– Communicate with suppliers to maintain sustainable supply and smooth operation.
– To coordinate with the operation manager(s) about new ideas and suggestions for the menu.
– Maintain a clean and sanity kitchen work area.

Qualifications:
– Post-secondary education or years of relevant experience is required.
– 3-5 years of experience in cooking and pizza preparation.
– A strong reference is a must.
– Shouldn’t been suspended before for sanity reasons.
– The hand stretching Pizza technique is a plus.
– Ability to work on weekends and flexible shift hours.
– A team player with a multi-tasking personality is highly regarded.
