We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager/supervisor to join our team and manage restaurant operations. This is a full time contract position. We offer a great work environment and Delicious meals provided each shift!

Wage
$16 – 20 per hour plus gratuities

Job Description & Responsibilites

– Frequent communication with owner

– Creating staff schedules

– New staff hiring, training, and on-going coaching and performance evaluations

– Inventory Check

– Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction

– Responding efficiently to customer complaints

– Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

Skills & Qualifications

– Minimum 1 year hospitality experience in a leadership role or equivalent

– Smart Serve

– Proven leadership and communication skills. English a must,

– Demonstrated strong problem solving skills

– Ability to work flexible hours, lunch, dinner shifts and weekend shifts.
