Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Job Duties:

• Oversee and supervise retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
• Ensure standard of quality, cleanliness and health safety are met.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
• Prepare and distribute weekly work schedules for staff.
• Recruit and train employees.
• Conduct staff meetings to ensure easy and timely workflow.
• Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Prepare sales report on daily or weekly basis.
• Sell merchandise to customers.
