Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Wage: CAD$24.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~40 hrs/week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff;
• Prepare schedules & shifts and assign staff to duties;
• Authorize payments and return of products;
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock;
• Order merchandise low in stock;
• Prepare financial reports on sales figures, merchandising, staff performance;
• Handle customer complaints, issues and questions;
• Train staff and monitor work performance;
• Make sure visual standards of displays, signage and the general appearance and cleanness of the store are well-maintained.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
